Auto CLI from Discover

I woke up this morning to an email from Discover that I was given a CLI of $500 (original limit was $7000) 2 days after my second statement. I got the card in April and only two statements were generated. First month, i use only about $15 which I PIF before statement cut; next few months (from end of May to July) i've charged about $800 but only $95 was on the second statement.
