I was considering this card vs the DeltaSky Miles AMEX, and I opted for the BofA card. Wasn't immediately approved and was given the 30-day-wait message. I attempted to avoid this, as I went to their pre-approval page first and was pre-approved for the card. But lo and behold, when I pulled the trigger, they waitlisted me. Wha?
Will be attempting to call backdoor numbers the next few days.
Oh, and since I didn't get an immediate response from BofA, I decided to try AMEX, and they welcomed me w/open arms. Go figure.
Just FYI, there's no pre-approval portal on the BoA site. It is simply a recommendation engine that yields certain CCs based on the inputs you provide.
That said, you can check the progress of your application online before you reach out to them. Hopefully it turns out as a positive outcome.
Did you find out what the results were on your application @ethan17debttackler?
