BB&T Complete 3rd Set Edition. New DP's

Hello all,I have not been on here lately. Family member funeral,Daughters Mother

visiting from Europe for a couple of weeks..endless work etc,etc.

But onto the credit news. Over the holiday season I recieved a goodly amount

of CLI's from most of my tradelines...but that's not why I'm posting. I went

to my trusty BB&T website and did not see my usual You have offers ad.

Well that wouldn't do at all :-) I went to the general public's pre qualifying site

and typed in my info.Read that sweet "You Have 3 Pre Approved Offers"

Now this is where I have to post that I do not condone excessive credit seeking in any way

shape or form. And this certainlly qualifies. As some of you know I allready have

7 credit cards from BB&T. Well I got the last two of the 3rd set.

The first one I got was the Spectrum I believe. My standard <as far as the 3rd set> 

$5,500.00 SL. Last one was the Travel Rewards one. I may be wrong but I did not remember

the other two travel ones I have having an annual $89.00 yearly fee,or as many

travel bonuses as this one does,fee was waived the first year. Hopefully the pic I took shows the rewards

bonuses. So to finish up. 6 BB&T cards at $6,500each = $39,000.00

3 cards at $5,500.00 each is $16,500.00 That totals out to $55,500.00 in credit they handed me.

One HP 5 months ago. None since. 

Equifax Fico8 is 749

29 HP's

4% DTI

67,500 reported income

$450,000+ in tradelines

AAoA 16 months

AooA 14 years

And also I am just reporting credit data points so everyone

can better understand this new bank TRUIST. So please no

judgements :-)

I believe both banks will still be offering their own cards for

the near future. As far as after that? Who knows. The security questions were

a bit harder. Had to remember if I actually lived at an adress from 30 years ago..

I did and said so...but geeze 30 years ago? I only lived there for 6 months to boot! LOL
