Re Lowe's - Since there was a problem with ID, can understand why they wouldnt approve a CLI prior to receipt and activation. As soon as you get the card, activate and set up online mgmt, open a chat session to request a CLI. You could also call credit solutions 1-877-379-8173/8175 (at night).
