Love this card, and BBVA even if I wish they had kept their kooky old font. The new logo is generic and blah.

Anyway, never had an issue in two years with their CSR. Last spring I took advantage of one of those checks they mail (don't hate!) to have some work done on my driveway and foundation. The next day a Texan lady from Arlington (or Austin, wherever the call center is) with a super thick accent called to verify the transaction.

I can't say enough good things about BBVA, I have checking with them, too. Enjoy the card!

Congrats! I've had the Clearpoints for about two years. Regarding your questions about CLI's, I haven't received one ever.....but to be fair I do not use the card that often and never requested one. I used the card during my rebuild and have moved on to other cards that fit my spend better. Never had any issues with the card or reps.

Congratulations!

I like my ClearPoints. I've had it for about 14 months, no issues at all. Payments post in the same amount of time as my other cards. I use it mainly for 3x on utilities. No CLI's though I haven't asked for one.
