Congrats to you! Don't hear too much anymore with approvals with this lender.
Can you state your score and which CRA pulled at the time for data points for folks please?

My rebuild worked for me, but won't necessarily work for you!

I responded to a mailer from BBVA back in January for the Clear Points and was approved with a SL of $12,000. They pulled EX only with a FICO around 685. Income $115,000.00
I was surprised by the limit, my BK13 is still on my reports.
