6 months after intial approval I requested a CLI. They doubled my Visa from $10K to $20K and doubled my PLOC from $4K to 8K.
All CLI are hard pulls. They used one pull for both. If you want a new product with your CLI (like another card or car loan) they will also use the same hard pull.
The CLI process is like filling out a whole new app. For the card the computer gives you a number. For the PLOC you request a number.
