I applied recently for BECU's Cashback card and was approved. I decided, hey, why not? Since I am out of work currently, I thought I'd try for their personal loan at 0% APR for 12 months up to 1k with 90 day deferred payments. I spoke to a real nice lady and she asked to pull my credit and I said yes.
She came back a minute later and said I was approved!! I'm a very happy camper right! Into the garden I go!

What is your Score Range and Utilization like?! 
711 the last I checked. I have 12% utilization, with 90+% utilization on two cards. 12k debt across all cards. 2.2k month for income. Hope that helps with data points! Thanks everyone!!
