It's not going to report as a personal loan. People get way too worked up over how an inquiry is coded. How the inquiry is coded is meaningless. How an account is reported on your credit report, as stated above, has ramifications with scoring. A personal loan is not included in your overall available revolving credit and thus does not affect utilization. BLisPay is a credit card (revolving credit) and they are required to report it correctly. It is nothing like a personal loan so I woudnt be overly concerned
