BOFA Cash Rewards CLI 18K to 31K!

My BOFA Cash Rewards Visa CL was increased to 18,800 about 3 months ago. I decided to pull the trigger today since it's now a soft pull. I asked for 32,000 and I got 31,100! What an odd number!? My cash credit line is now 9,800. Thank you BOFA!

Or, is that because there was a recent hard pull for something else?

It's a softpull, I believe it's been like that for over a year now. Since this post, i increased the credit limit 1 more time and it is now 45K.
