Back in with AMEX after Blacklist, waiting on Chase.

Wow....after burning AMEX in 2009, i went to the pre approval site just to see what would happen.  One of the cards that came up was the Cash Magnet (no AF, low spend for SUB)....and i was approved for $4k.

I've been seeing where some relief on the AMEX blacklist has been occuring, so why not try.  I may be stuck on that limit because of the prior burn, but that's ok.

im still waiting on a Chase FU credit card decision.  I received the 30 day review message, so fingers crossed.  10 years ago, i burned them via WaMU.

After that, I'm done with Card Apps....wanted to get back in with AMEX as a goal as well as get in with Chase.  I'm happy with AMEX...Chase would be a bonus at this point.

Welcome back ! AMEX has used my same Approval on a Credit Card for a Charge card. If you like give the Gold card a shot ?

cclimit, how much did you burn Amex and Chase for? I burned them both two years ago. I burned Amex for 2,300 and Chase for 5,500. I may pay Amex back in the next 6 months to get back sooner. I don't want to wait 10 years.
