I actually got a Pre Qual for the Sky Miles card at about 4.5 years post Chap 7 BK so you may want to check a little early. They would NOT, however, raise my CL because of the BK so keep in mind (lots of threads on this) that may be a frustrating process if you do get the card. Otherwise they have been good to deal with.

Good job!   I assume you did not include them in your BK7?   I understand at 5 years they will let you in if they were not IIB.   I might get in in 20 more years.
