Well, after having my BofA 3-2-1 Rewards 99/500 Visa card
for 6 months I saw for the first time a highlighted LUV button link to ask
for a "Credit Line Increase". So I hit it up and asked for $5K.
It said give us 5-7 Business Days to review. It was a HP.
So today, low and behold I was checking my acct and my
CLI had been raised to $1500 but without any notice I had
graduated; as of YET. Im am very HAPPY tho!!!
|Total CL: $321.7k||UTL: 2%||AAoA: 7.0yrs||Baddies: 0||Other: Lease, Loan, *No Mortgage, All Inq's from Jun '20 Car Shopping|
Thanks!!! I still don't know if it's even been graduated as of yet.
Is it common for BofA to keep you on a 99/500 Secured
card after they have bumped you to a CLI of $1500?
I literally haven't a Clue?!
Yup, that's exactly what I did. It was the first time
I had even seen the option to ask for a CLI. It's
like a blue hyperlink that says "Ask for Credit Line Increase" .
It's was right in the same field as my acct summary.
I said what the Heck and asked fir $5K, they said give
us 5-7 Days to review. My credit reporting service
showed a HP-hardpull later the same day as well.
Today, the 1500 CLI came thru. Im a very happy Camper!
OK, got the Letter today. My BofA Visa 3-2-1 Rewards
card has officlailly graduated and my deposit will be
returned by Mail. I just got the card in Dec 2015, so it
possible 6 Months later to graduate. I basically maxed
it out and PIF every cycle even if that meant making 2
payments. It feels great to finally be "Unsecured".
