Just another data point...
I logged into my Bank of America account today to find that my credit limit was increased from $500 to $1,000 without doing anything. I gave them a call, and apparently my account has been graduated! Pretty surprising given that my account has only been open for 7 months or so... but I'll take it.

Up until month 6 or so of owning the card, I usually put $300-400 a month or so through the card, paying in full and letting a <10% balance report each statement (usually closer to 1-2%). I stopped using it as much (probably $10-20 a month with autopay to pay in full) near the beginning of March when I got approved for a Chase Freedom ($500 CL) and Discover it ($1,500 CL), as they have much better rewards...
I have 4 reporting revolving accounts on my credit report right now, with a combined $3,800 limit (after this CLI, anyways). I also have 1 small installment loan that's not yet reporting.
I've also called in to request a PC to the BankAmericard Cash Rewards... supposed to hear back by May 5th. Will report back when I hear about it.

Okay thank you. I've only used mine maybe 4-5 times since I got it...lol. I guess I should try using it more but it's so hard to justify since it has no rewards *sigh*

Haha yeah, that would probably explain it!
For me, it was my first card (and only bank card until I got approved for the other two), so I used it all the time... I just keep a few recurring payments on it nowadays because of the lack of rewards.

Well hopefully they will add the rewards to it for you. I tried last year and they told me they can't do it, but I know they can because others have done it. At least you're over the biggest hurdle (graduation) so congrats!!
Congrats, 7 months is really good!!! Im waiting as well
for my 99/500 to finally graduate. I pretty much MAX out
and PIF every month. Love the Rewards 1-2-3 as well.
