I have a BOA card and never noticed the "request for increase button" before?  Is it always there and if not is there a rhime or reason as to why it appears?  What are the chances of being approved if they said they need 7-10 additonal.

I think it appears if you're eligible for an increase. But not always the case though. Some have tried hitting the button once it appears but got denied. Usually a 7-10 day notice is a denial from my experience but it can go either way. My suggestion is to use the card heavily and pay more or pay in full if you can. BoA will reward you if you use it well and show More usage. Hope this helps. Goodluck Smiley Happy

Thanks for the advice and I will keep htat in mind.  I was pleasantly shocked to see it but scared to pull the trigger.  I did and received a HP instantly.  I called today just to see if it truly was denied, but the Customer Service Rep in the credit department indicated it had only been 24-hours.  Usually when I get denied its instant.  In addition, I asked if they would counter if the amount I was asking was too high, they said yes.  I received this card in 2015 as a 99/500, so I only looking to be treated like a regular BOA member.  Guess time to be patient,  I only have two HP on by TransUnion, but will not be applying for anything else.  I will let my garden grow.   Smiley Wink
