For back ground I had a Custom cashback visa with Bank of America which was stuck at 20K for about a year or more. About 4 months ago took a balance transfer to my checking account for 1K and been bay 100 dollars per month and the balance now is 700 dollars. Today I requested increase to cl of 22K on line, after 60 second was approved for total of 22K increase of 2K. Data points income 88K Fico scores over 805 on all reports, total out stand balance showing 1500. Total cl was 305.3K now total cl is 307.3K I think the balance transfer did it for me.

Some more data points for the approval, have no bonus mastercard with BOA for 20K now have total credit with bank of America is 42K.

@firefox100 I love boa and their ease of utilizing BTs. Their customer service is great too, and even though they let me get 40K in unsecured credit, they never hassled me about POI. Also notably though, my family has a paid off mortgage with them. and I bank with them (at least for my monthly bills) I dont use their debit card just the account that i pay all my reggie bills from.
