Barclay Rewards Master Card

I received a mailer in the mail today stating visit barclays website by may 13, 2016 and enter your personal ID code.

How do i know this is a true offer from Barclays. They included a rewards card says no annual fee no caps no expiration of points no quarterly sign ups no rotating categories. and a little grey paper that has APR % rate. its an exact number it doesnt say a range of APR

Any and all thoughts will be appreciated

where the APR is. it states This APR will vary with the market based on the prime rate

The Rewards card has only one APR listed on the site, 25.24%. So, I'm assuming this is a true prequal.
