How long does one wait before requesting a CLI?

I automatically got a 2.5k increase at like 9 mos. That's all I know though, never requested one. Congrats on the approval

congrats should get a 50% increase if u appy for CLI after 9 months but itll be a HP, call for a " rate decrease" maybe something will happen
