Barclays CLI for Xmas

Took my Barclaycard Rewards card out of the sock drawer for some Christmas shopping recently, and decided I didn't like the weird $4300 limit. So I requested a CLI online. But it wasn't an instant decision and had to go for manual review. It's absolutely DEAD here at work, being that it's Christmas Eve day and everyone who's SANE has taken the day off, so I ducked into a conference room and called the backdoor number. Spoke with a credit analyst who reviewed my app, updated my income info, etc. The only issue was an old 30-day that came about when I fat-fingered a bank account number setting up an automatic payment. After getting that cleared up, he came back with an approval for $10,000. Woo!

I think a $5700 bump was worth the HP.
