Alright, and here I thought me getting Amex with 2k CL is better but this just turned the tied. Amex hasn't reported yet on CR but when applying for best buy, I was approved for 3k CL ... SHOCKING!!!!!
With that 3k CL, the agent I spoke to said I have the choice of the store card or the visa card. I chose the store card and I am happy that I got that because Student Deals are around the corner and I been to best buy 2 times already for picking up stuff. :eyes:
Best Buy is backed by Citi and only pulled Experian.

I personally don't need another network card that can be charged anywhere and have to watch out for fraud ... so I chose the store card because I don't have to use it every month. It's pretty much saying the same thing for the amazon store card, it's nice when it there but it is one less card to manage and don't have to worry about for a while (at random times).
Data points, I recently got surprised by my college transaction of $845.00 hit my discover statement before it cut on the 16th. That brought my ULT around 42%. When I looked at Experian, it was sitting at 742 and when discover hit, dropped to 718. Accounts, 1 Joint Loan, 1 Builder Loan, 2 Individual CC (amex hasn't report), and 1 AU CC
