My BB Visa has been at 10k for a few years. I decided to see if I could double the line as I am renovating a home and wanted to get some appliances. Tried online and was hit with the "we need more information" response. I called and the account representative conifrmed my information and asked why i was requesting the increase and the amount i wanted. I advised her and she put me on hold for about 5 minutes. i was approved for the additional 10K. I was surprised because CITI doesn't love me as much as some other users on here 😆
I haven't received the inq alert yet but I know BB has always been a HP.
