I called last night for a CLI and I got the “please call” message. I called verified income and went from $3000.00 CL to a $10,000 CL. A $7000.00 increase!!!

I got my card December 21 2018.   I have used it for everything and the reward points added up real quick.  Can’t beat free 4K movies

Yes hard pull on Transunion with a score of 710 and 12 hard inquires ( 6 which was on a car loan).

Because it's Citi.  They don't care about your personal history with them, they base everything off your overall credit report and scores.
