I am also trying to get my Best Buy Store Card converted from Plan B to Plan A through the Cap1 EO Office. They agreed to do a manual review last week after previously refusing to do so but I have not heard back from them. When they converted yours from a plan b to a plan a I know you stated they kept the history but did they issue a new credit card number or convert one of your existing credit card numbers to a plan a? Just wondering if the account number changed.
