Last CLI was in Dec 2019. I had purchased some electronics for Xmas gifts with 0% APR promo for 18 months. I paid off the balance 2 days ago and decided to go for a CLI online which prompted me to call. Called and asked if they can increase the limit from 7K to 15K. They verified address, annual income, housing info and was approved. I don't mind that HP at all with the approved CLI amount.
Overall utilization is 10%. FICO scores 715 EX, 718 EQ, 720 TU

I got the HP as soon as I submitted the request online. When I called, the representative told me that the request was not going to be a hard pull.
