Today's Approvals
- Synovus Cash Rewards Visa $14,000 (already hold Travel Rewards Visa & a Synovus checking acct)... I tried to app online yesterday but before I could submit app a message told me I need to finish app in-branch... Worked out well, approved a few hours after leaving today.
- Wells Fargo Bilt MC $2,500 eh i guess this limit will at least cover the rent lol. One tidbit, I opened a Wells Fargo business checking moments before applying for this card.
DENIALS/ Under Review
NFCU Platinum (became new member yesterday, surpisingly denied for Platinum card)
PSECU under review for Classic Visa, fingers crossed
PNC I flubbed this one badly. Went in branch & opened Business account, deposited $5,000 for $200 bonus... I had an offer in the PNC app for Cash Visa. App showed solid 16% APR. I APPED & THEN GOT AN EMAIL FROM EX. REMEMBERING I LOCKED MY EX LAST NIGHT. I UNLOCKED EX CALLED PNC & THEY SAID THE APP IS IN CUE FOR MANUAL REVIEW. THAT IS PRECISELY WHAT I WANTED TO AVOID. I'M CONFIDENT IT WOULD'VE BEEN INSTANTLY APPROVED HAD I NOT SCREWED UP & APPLIED WHEN MY EX WAS LOCKED. OH WELL. ANYONE EVER HAD LUCK WITH PNC RECON???
I'm confused. You want to recon a card that hasn't been denied but only put into manual review? You can't recon a non instant approval

PNC was denied, looks like I forgot to add that.... About 20 minutes after unlocking my EX I received an email from PNC that I was denied. bummer
