I was being so good...4 months gardening. Against my better judgement I applied for SW chase (regular/plus siggy, since I didin't want to pay $99 yearly) Instant approval of 23.8k. Guess my recent travels, and future traveling plans swayed me 50k miles, plus what I have and will accumulate =Europe RT fare.
Gonna get back to gardening now
Uh...SW doesn't fly to Europe.
Congrats! Back to seedling but worth it. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome limit! Congrats!

Excellent start limit, grats on your new card

Before I apped...I found this link ---->https://creditcards.chase.com/southwest/redeem/international-travel
with the generous 50k signup bonus, and finding in some cases direct flights to europe in the 75k range, it's a good enough ratio.
I'm almost tempted to signup for the chase ink bold/plus to get the 60k signup, that will in turn get me the 110k needed for the companion pass.
Should I do it? I'll be apping for a mortgage August 2015. I doubt I'll ever accumulate 110k miles in a calender year otherwise.
Update: Ink Bold/Plus' offer of 60k is over, it's now 50k I may app in a 3-4 months though. Points can transfer to United or SW.
