BofA CLI Bittersweet, but Discover REALLY likes me (EDIT: Chase Data Point)

They keep sending me balance transfer checks, I see some coming in the mail today. I guess that's a good sign. I plan on requesting my cli and possibly using the same hp to get another card soon.

I wonder if they’ll do that. Typically, CLIs are TU and new cards are EX.

The Chase CSR who responded to my SM thought I wanted to switch to a CSP just because I asked about the VS version. I decided to visit the branch today instead.

Took the HP, but doubled from $1k to $2k. Not thrilled, but from what I hear that's not bad for Chase.

I have saw a few ppl on here say they got another card within 30 days using the TU pull from the cli. I will see if i can find the posts

Don't tempt me haha... if they still had the BBR I'd be in, but none of their other cards would help my spending habits.

Lol ikr, their cards arent all that appealing. They pulled TU for me when i got my cash rewards anyway.

I've posted it previously on the forum but I've successfully received a CLI on each of 2 different BoA cards and got a new card within a 30 day window from the same TU pull. There have been others here who have reported similar results.

As for what happens if you hit the luv button again, I tried that once for giggles and grins once after I was autoapproved for the entire requested amount and the 2nd request was automatically referred for manual review.
