Bread Cashback Amex $6,000

Applied for this card Sept 20th after receiving pre-approval mailer.

 

I received a letter within 1st week that I could not be approved due to identity verification so I called & answered a few questions. Rep said I'll get an email shortly about the decision. Never received an email.

 

Another week later (today) I received the same verification denial letter in mail again lol.

 

I called in again today & very nice rep asked a few verification questions & got me approved for $6,000.
