My experience has been that when you receive a "30 Day Notice" there is additional verification info needed such as proof of residence or POI. It generally turns into an approval if you supply what is asked for. Good luck!!

They really didnt ask for anything. 2 days later, was shown on my accounts. And called in to req to get the card expedited

Thanks for the update.  I applied for this same card today.  I received an email offer from IHG - earn 80k points if I spend $2k in the first 30 months of opening account and I can earn and additional 20k in points if I spend $8k on this card in the first year.  I don't know about spending $8k on this card - but I would definitely spend $2k to get the 80k in points. 

 

I received the 30 day message as well.  I am hoping for the same results (but a higher SCL would be nice).  I already have the Ritz Carlton, Freedom Unlimited and the Hyatt cards from Chase.  This would be my last and final card I would apply for from Chase.
