CLI For Wells & Paypal

Ok so i saw a thread earlier where Wells Fargo did a softpull for a CLI so I called and yep they did a SP but only got an increase from 2000 to 2500 but i'll take it.

Called Credit Solutions for an CLI on Paypal even tho I just went from 1000 to 3000 just a few weeks ago and asked for 7500 and was approved (should have asked for more)...

Got to thinking so I called back and asked for a CLI on my Walmart and was denied. Should I have asked for the increase on the Walmart when I was approved for the Paypal increase, you think that might have helped? I guess different guidelines for each card but all in all not a bad day and best of all no HP!...lol
