I didn't want to open any new accounts This is usually the opposite of everyone else... Good holding the line and not succumbing to the peer pressure of a Spree post closing.
I'm not sure though if these are cumulative CLI's over the last 6 months or since they were opened... it's not very clear but, you've defintely made some progress with some of them. I just wanted to clean them up into an easier to read format for anyone else coming along since that phone post was a little too condensed to clearly see your progress.
Congrats on your increases!
Congrats .. looks like Gardening works!

These are from May - October. I have dates but I opted to just post a spread spanning that period. When I switched lenders we practically were ready in 3wks with USAA since I had the appraisal already completed from the incompetent process from the previous debacle. LOL
Picking a good lender that has their stuff together is always a smoother process. Sometimes it's hard to do. I've had buyers have similar issues when selling my properties in the past. I have luckily had good lenders on the buying side though. I tend to put pressure on them by telling them they have 3 weeks to pull everything together and that usually works well to getting to the finish line on time. I had 1 though that needed a 1 week extension but did close on time on 2 transactions simultaneously the same day.
