CLI'S While Gardening For Mortgage!!

So I recently closed on a new home purchase. The process started on May 21st officially then hit a snag with the home inspection and I had to which lenders. Oh well, In the meantime I've been racking up some CLIs from May -October. Peviously, I hadn't acquired any inquiries since 10/2018 other than the mortgage inquiries in May and again in Sept. I've been letting my accounts AGE. Lol They are listed as follows: PayPal 5,000 - $8,000 SP Sportman’s Visa 1100 - $1,900 - $2,000 SP Wayfair +$1,500 SP Overstock +$1,500 +$2,000 SP Lowes 10,000 - $15,000 -$17,000 - $25,000 SP Amazon 600 - $3,100 - $5,000 - $6000 SP Care Credit - $15,000 - $20,000 SP Discover – 9500- 14,500 - $16,000 SP Mercury MC - $3,800 - $5,500 SP Walmart - $6,000 - $9,000 SP USAA Platinum CLI - $4,000 HP EX [Pulled after Mortgage app] Wells Fargo - $7,500 - $9,400 SP (called in) Penfed - $4,000 HP EQ [Pulled after Mortgage app] Amex BCE -$500-$1,500 SP Costco Visa - $5,500 - $7,500 SP CapOne Quik Silver PC'd to Venture - $16,500 - $19,500 SP TFCU Increase HP EQ 743 $8,100 - $20,000 [After closing was final] Best Buy/ Citi HP EQ 743 +$10,000 - $15,000 [After closing was final] I didn't want to open any new accounts

I didn't want to open any new accounts   This is usually the opposite of everyone else... Good holding the line and not succumbing to the peer pressure of a Spree post closing.

I'm not sure though if these are cumulative CLI's over the last 6 months or since they were opened... it's not very clear but, you've defintely made some progress with some of them.  I just wanted to clean them up into an easier to read format for anyone else coming along since that phone post was a little too condensed to clearly see your progress.

These are from May - October. I have dates but I opted to just post a spread spanning that period. When I switched lenders we practically were ready in 3wks with USAA since I had the appraisal already completed from the incompetent process from the previous debacle. LOL

Picking a good lender that has their stuff together is always a smoother process.  Sometimes it's hard to do. I've had buyers have similar issues when selling my properties in the past.  I have luckily had good lenders on the buying side though.  I tend to put pressure on them by telling them they have 3 weeks to pull everything together and that usually works well to getting to the finish line on time.  I had 1 though that needed a 1 week extension but did close on time on 2 transactions simultaneously the same day.
