Still in the garden, so I decided to request some increases since my scores have been steady rising. Sync/Amazon approved an additional $1500 and NFCU approved an additional $2500 on one card, I just now requested a CLI for my second NFCU card so I'll report back on that one. Also tried Discover but that was a no-go. All this was done with all three reports on ice.
Grats on your CLIs, they can access your report at any time even through a freeze as you do business with them. Typically they use their last SP account check to base the decision on.

I thought that was true, but I read and also heard from speaking with a rep today, that I would need to unfreeze my reports before requesting a CLI. I left them frozen and tried anyway and they went through, Amazon instantly, NFCU after review. I'm waiting for the snail mail for Discover's reasoning.
