Giving some more data/experience info.

9-4-20 I went into branch to get the CSR. Sat down with banker to do the application. No pre-approvals showed. Went ahead with the application for 50,000 UR POINTS for 4k spend/3months. As I do most of my business and personal banking with Chase, it auto-filled most things. Banker hit enter. 7-10 days notice. I told the banker that is not a good sign.
The banker said he would call in right then. Underwriter said I would be able to open the new account but they would have to move creidt limit from current cards. Chase doesn't allow business cards to move limits to personal so I moved 14.1k from my Freedom Unlimited at 24.1k to the Reserve. Done in 10 minutes or so.
I did receive a 40k starting line on my INK PREFERRED for 100k UR POINTS on July 3, 2020 for 15k spend. That brought my total business credit card credit lines to 89.6k. I am sure that made a difference on an instant approval.
I have seen data points for CHASE adverse actions lately so I think I fell to the tightening a bit also a I am not at 50% of provable income for all credit lines. Income is 365k.
Chase pulled TU and EX for a personal guarantee on this card which they have done for all 5 of my credit cards in the last 26 months.
No denials yet but the only card for Chase that interests me now is the World of Hyatt, so not sure if I will be applying with them anytime soon.
