You may see a bump or no effect. Just from my experience. When 1 of 2 cards is reporting then that's 50% but when 1 of 3 is, it's 33%. FICO seems to like this on my reports.
So I see you have 20 cards in your signature. Does FICO have an optimal percentage of accounts carrying a balance?

Optimal would be one card carrying a balace with 9% or less UTL on that individual card. It has been a while since I was optimal.
For me I take a hit when I have more than 50% of card reporting balance.
COngrats! As for the FICO hit, you'd mention that your TU took a big hit as well as EX & EQ. TU should have been unaffected as it was not pulled, seems like something else is going on with your credit profile during this time.

Transunion is only showing a credit card balance decrease on my credit report. Even though my credit card statement hasn't hit, Chase reported the balance at zero. So that plus the new account is the only difference at this time.

@Anonymous, @trant3. According to myfico, the only change to TU was that Chase reported my credit card balance as zero. Now the statement cuts tomorrow and it has a very, very small balance. It will report again next week, so we'll see if that does anything.
