CSR long approval time

Just sharing this as I didn’t find many similar situations on here.

Fiancé applied for green tick pre-approval CSR just over a week ago, went to 30 days (she had just changed address to mine).

Called a week later both normal status line rep and back door number, told to wait. Status robot line was always at 30 days.

Received a call from verifications yesterday, with code text message and confirming AU name (me).

Approved for $33.5k to our surprise.

Wow that took so long. At least decent SL.

My wife received an offer too and proceeded to appd and was approved instantly with 10K SL though. Don't mind it at all, I'm was more surprised with the approval since her Credit Scored revolves around 640ish..
