I have put $3.66 through it since January 1st and a little less than $20 since the last Cli

I haven't seen a HP yet, but I fully expect that it will show tomorrow

They always hp me (eq) when i call to cli.

My last CLi I asked 3 times within 2 weeks.

First 2 times there was no HP and correspondence of any kind from them.

Third time, I received an email then a HP on EQ and a CLI same day.

For this request I asked last week and received an email stating 7-10 days.

No HP so I asked again and this time I received the same 7-10 day email and the CLI showed the next day.
