Congrats on the doubling of your limit!

 

Not using the [$300] limit enough sounds like a bogus initial denial reason to me.  If you were using the card regularly as stated it's kind of hard to not use a significant portion of a $300 limit.

Congrats on the CLI, but be cautious, CLI's are simply bait tactics used by credit card companies to try and tempt people to spend more.  I don't like having more than a few hundred total.  If you can't pay for it with cash you don't need it is a philosophy I like to live by now.
