Been trying all week to submit a CLI request online for my CO QS Platinum card since 6 months after last CLI past 10/22. Kept getting vague "accounts are being evaulated" message but just got approved for a $3K increase 
Account timeline:
11/16 Approved for CO QS1 $3K limit, shortly thereafter upgraded to QS
04/17 Credit steps increase to $3.5K
10/17 CLI aprroved to $6.5K
Great growth for Cap One. Seems they keep a set of reasons in their back pocket to deny CLI's. Congrats on getting them to open up the purse strings!
