Cap One/ Orchard Bank CLI

So from what I can see...
The C1 EO is processing clis for Orchard Bank accounts with a HP, but

If you have an actual C1 card, are they still doing clis with a soft pull?
I don't want any hard pulls, dangit!!!!

I hope they haven't decided to do hps with all cli requests through the EO; that would SUCK!!!!
Recent experience would be helpful.

From the other post it would seem so

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
