So I had been trying to get a CLI for the last 2 months and I kept getting the message "you're average payment hsa been to low". So I finally paid it down to zero and it posted this morning. I thought I would try again, I asked for 8K from my 4K limit and they countered with 7K. So I was happy to take it 
My FICO 8 scores are below, no baddies, my oldest account is 11 years and AAoA is 2.8 years my overall utilization is 12%
