Congrats! They have been declining me everytime I ask lately....exactly how long are we supposed to wait to get CLI from Cap1?!?
I can't believe they are giving increases. I just talked to the EO on Friday about a $500 HSBC card I've for 3 years that Capital One bought in 2012, I just received the renewal card without a CLI so I sent a secure message to customer service who told me they didn't give CLIs. I emailed the EO who gave me a phone number to call back. She basically reviewed my account, seemed surprised I paid in full each month, and told me CLIs were not allowed on this account. What EO is giving CLIs? Who else at Capital One is giving a CLI? I have 2 other cards.

Last year when everyone was having luck with the executive office , I got nothing. So I left it alone . Then just recently the luv button discussion came back up I decided to go for it and it finally worked.
ive been trying for an increase for years.
my quick silver card was declined for the increase.
Got the 10 day message.
Not sure if I actually want a big increase as this is the card I give to my son to pick up family incidentals. But it would still be nice if cap1 would show a little love. My last increase was $60. At least they waived the AF for the next year.
I also got the 10 day notice the same instant I clicked the submit button. They didn't even take any time to think about it. And this is the card the EO told my I was elegible for an increase on and that I could apply online.

I'm personally waiting till next month for a Discover CLI then closing both my Cap1 accounts. I've been stuck at $1250 on my QS and 1000 on my platinum for almost a year now. Keep getting the 10 day message on luv button. Thats fine with me though since I've been using Discover almost exclusively.

I went the EO route for the second time on Friday. I literally called exactly 6 months after they gave me cli's the first time. Still waiting to hear back and I'm checking my accounts like mad. The last time I spoke with them (8/13) I received increases the day after the EO officer put it through to the underwriter. It's been 4 business days already. I'll be patient. Hopefully I'll get it. Fingers crossed!
