Capital One CLI Finally

I have two CapOne cards, Quicksilver and a Platinum(recently PC to Quicksilver earlier this month). I've had both of these cards for 9 years and never received a CLI(tried a ton of times), used them for small purchases here and there, always PIF before my statement closed. Requested a CLI today on the old Quicksilver and was instantly approved for a 2K increase from $750, tried the same on the newly converted QS and only recieved a $100 increase from 1K. I also have a West Elm card that they recently took over, took a chance and also received an increase from 1K to 3K. I had been contemplating closing both since I assumed they were bucketed. Decided to sock drawer them for now. Wanted to post this for others in the same bucketed boat, there is hope after all lol

Re: Capital One CLI Finally

Before 2020 I'd put $300-500 on each and PIF every month. In the last year, maybe $300 across both only b/c I moved 90% of my spending over to my Platinum Delta Amex for the miles.
