Capital One - CLI after 2nd Statement!?!?!?

Hello, I know the rules with CAPONE, no CLI increase for 6 months or applications either. I was reading another thread in regards to recent applications and being approved for a new CapOne card (store card) after a month. I checked the prequalify for Walmart which was a DENIED!. Oh well! Let me continue snooping around my account, let's hit the not so much luv button and $100 after my second statement for QS. Ask DH, to do the same with his recently acquired Venture card (2nd statement) just cut last week, boom $100.00 again! Seems they are starting to hand out CLI like candy? Anyone having the same results??

Congrats!  My DH received an auto CLI on his Capital One Platinum and has only had the card for about 2 months.
