Capital One Platinum Card

Excited! Just got approved for a Capital One Platinum Card. Have two secured credit cards already and finally an unsecured card. The limit is $500, but they said with 5 ontime monthly payments will get an increase. The apr is high at 24.99% though, but it's a start.

Re: Capital One Platinum Card

Congrats! My first card out of BK 3 yrs ago. Use it like a debit card and PIF each month. In time you can upgrade to the QS and then it all opens up for bigger and better things. Just like it did for me. Your on your way now!

Re: Capital One Platinum Card

Congratulations!! As others have said, you're off to a great start! Use the cards wisely and watch your credit grow, grow, grow. As an aside, now that you have three cards, you can employ the AZEO technique to maximize your scores if needed.

Nice, congrats.  Btw you can call Cap1 to PC your Platinum to QS.  Do it after having the card in a year.

You only need to wait 3 or 4 months. About the same time he should be asking for a CLI.

OP: congrats, I remember that feeling.
