Thanks! Yes, Discover Card was (the debt was really old though). I didn't try to get a Discover Card until they sent me a pre-approval mailer for the IT Card. My initial Capital One was just the Platinum Mastercard with a $300 SL.

New Cap One QS came in the mail today. It is a Visa Signature branded card. Woot!
