Capital One QuicksilverONE Approved

Hey guys i was preapproved via Capital one website for the three starter cards. For the last week I've been debating to come out of the garden for the QS1 . Ideally I wanted the QuickSilver with no AF but i was fearful of rejection. I pull the trigger on the QS1 and got a $5000 sl is this normal? I am in utter shocked and full of joy and excitement. I've read so many forums of a $300SL which is why i was nervous to pull the trigger.

Re: Capital One QuicksilverONE Approved

You probably qualified for the QS with no annual fee.

I wish I did , I have the $39 annual fee . Wondering if this is going to be a MasterCard World or just a regular MC

Re: Capital One QuicksilverONE Approved

You definitely should have gone for the card that you REALLY wanted.

Last year at the point of being less than a year into my rebuild, I was looking to get in with Amex.  After reading countless reviews on their (revolving) credit card offerings, I decided that the Blue Cash Everyday card would suit me just fine; however, when I entered my info into the prequalification tool, the only thing that came up was the Cash Magnet...which I absolutely did not want. I could have easily "settled" just to get my foot in the door; but instead of doing so, I decided to apply for the card I had my mind set on and was approved.

When it comes to playing this game, we will not always get what we want; however, you never know until you try...as long as you're smart about it. Smiley Wink

Congrats! If you're early in the build or re-build process, that's a great starting limit.

That is a fantastic starting limit for the QS1, grats on getting it Smiley Happy

In one year I would try to PC it to the QS with no AF
