Decided to app for the Savor One card. Approved for $3k. $150 sign up bonus after $500 spent. 21.49% APR (doesn't mattet since I don't every carry a balance but at least it wasn't the 25.49% one).

740 FICO, $136k annual income. BK7 discharged 3/2018 so just over 2 years. The 3% dining will come in handy.
