I am beyond stoked that I got approved for the Venture Card. I applied while on vacation in Mexico since I figured I should get a card that is good for traveling with No foreign transaction fee as I was currently using the US bank Platinumn card which has a 3% foreign fee. The application was not an instant approval and got flagged for fraud most likely since I was in Mexico. Got a call the next day asking if I had applied. Thought I was denied since I only got a HP on TU & EXP, a couple of days went by and I got an email stating my Card has shipped. Call in and they said I was approved for $5,000, not my highest but not my lowest. I am currently sock drawing a QS card thats been stuck at $500 for 3 years, going to look at merging the 2 once ive hit the 6 month mark. Data Points Below (my inqs are alittle high since I just bought a new car)
