Capital One Venture and QS Approved!

Started getting advice here several months ago and took it to heart. Paid down my utilization from nearly 100% to under 50% in less than two months. Hit up the Capital One pre-qual site and had offers for Venture and QS. Apped both and got approved for $15k venture and & 5K QS, both siggys! I've come a long way from a BK in 2008. At the time of my apps today my scores were in the 690s. I remember when I had low 500s and not a single card. Thanks all for the good info and best of luck to those trying to improve themselves...with good advice, persistence and patience it will pay off.

Update: Got a Discover It mailer today with a prequal number...put in my app was was instantly approved with a $7k SL. Very excited about this. I decided to app for a Chase freedom and got the 30 day review message. I'll wait that out and see. All in, picked up 3 cards and 27k in available credit. Again, thanks to all who pass in excellent advice
